Inside a typical EEaaS proposal
Thank you for the opportunity to complete an initial survey of your site. Based on our findings, we’ve identified the potential to deliver a minimum energy saving of 20% on electricity and 10% on gas. Through our Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS) programme, SMARTech energy is prepared to guarantee these results.
Step 1 – Site Assessment and Monitoring
First, we install advanced energy monitoring equipment on your site to gather accurate consumption data. Then, our engineers carry out a detailed survey of your premises to better understand your energy usage patterns.
Step 2 – Strategy Development
Next, we analyse the collected data and develop a bespoke energy and carbon reduction strategy. This includes a detailed breakdown of savings potential, proposed technologies, and an implementation timeline.
Step 3 – Technology Installation and Performance Verification
Once approved, we install the recommended energy-saving technologies from our suite of over 34 solutions. After a two-week live data collection period, we provide a performance verification report. This confirms that the technologies are delivering the guaranteed savings, in line with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).
Step 4 – Flexible Commercial Options
We offer two financial models:
Option 1 – No upfront cost: Your business retains 30% of the verified savings, while SMARTech energy recovers costs from the remainder.
Option 2 – Part-funding option: You contribute a portion of the investment, increasing your share of savings. Any savings above a capped utility rate are retained in full by your business.
