Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS)

Removing the barriers to implementing an Energy Efficiency drive

Our experience over the last few years shows that many businesses want to reduce energy use and improve their sustainability credentials, however, many cannot commit to the capital expenditure or lease costs of expensive low-energy technology projects.

Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS) is our response.

Trusted energy efficiency partner

SMARTech energy delivers energy efficiency and savings for medium and large organisations across the UK through our (EEaaS) Energy Efficiency as a Service programme.

We partner with customers on long-term contracts in order to create a bespoke energy reduction strategy.  Being in a partnership guarantees the success in reducing energy consumption, costs and cut carbon emissions.

Monitored, managed and guaranteed energy savings

When calculating energy savings through the EEaaS programme, the energy savings are measured and verified using the International Performance Measurement Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

This protocol sets out how M&V is to be conducted and includes baselines, site data and the utility calculations used to show true savings.

No Lease and No Risk

EEaaS is a proven solution which helps organisations to overcome the financial and logistical barriers of reducing energy consumption, costs and carbon.

We manage the purchasing of specialist low-carbon technologies, project management, installation and ongoing maintenance of an energy efficiency programme – and we take on the risk – whether it’s ongoing performance or maintenance issues. With EEaaS, we continually work to guarantee the energy savings.

Guaranteed reduction in energy consumption

With full energy consultancy, reporting and measured and verified savings, the EEaaS programme guarantees reducing energy consumption, costs and carbon.

Helping to make a significant impact on energy consumption costs and carbon emissions

With both carbon and cost reduction critical in the current business climate, SMARTech energy’s EEaaS programme offers a realistic solution for organisations to address both needs.
