Corsham-based energy management and reduction specialist SMARTech energy, have today announced outstanding growth and customer service results.
The customer satisfaction audit managed by client engagement specialist Enquir3, showed 89% of SMARTech energy’s customers scored the company as 4 out of 5 on delivery and support, with more than 91% willing to refer its services.
MD, Stuart Pearce said “We are continually striving to deliver a professional, efficient service and to seek improvements wherever we can. The results from the survey were based on a wide range of customer responses; ensuring that the data delivered some incredibly useful insight – and whilst negative reviews might not welcomed, it enabled us to address customer concerns, improve our standards of service and maximise the operational efficiency and ensure that we not only meet customer expectations – but exceed them”.
Launched in 2014, SMARTech energy have firmly established themselves as one of the major players in the energy management and reduction sector and are currently on schedule for a huge 83% increase in business growth for 2019/2020 (YR6) and a 50% increase in staff and 100% increase in profit.
Contributing factors to this success are new and continued business from clients, including Framptons, MJ Church, NDoe Designs, Scisys, Beard Construction, Alan Nuttall and Clamason Industries.
Demand for Energy Efficient Technologies
Strong growth, fuelled by a demand for energy efficient technologies has served as SMARTech energy’s driver for success – and in response to customers’ evolving business expectations, the company’s provision of service offerings has expanded to include more than 33 energy efficient technologies; from monitoring and LED lighting to heating and cooling solutions.
The offices in Wiltshire have seen an increase of 8 employees over the past 12 months – including the appointment of Clive Milner as General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business. This, together with the acquisition of Minimise UK has seen the set-up of offices at the C4DI building in Hull – allowing the company (SMARTech energy) to expand its service offering across the UK in order to meet demand.
