Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS), is a fully funded shared savings energy reduction programme – which allows organisations to implement energy efficiency projects, but without capital expenditure, finance leasing or risk.

SMARTech energy are working with businesses and organisations across the UK to deliver Energy Efficiency as a Services (EEaaS).

No Risk Investment of Energy Efficient Technologies

SMARTech energy identifies areas where energy efficient technologies can reduce consumption (guaranteed to be between 20% – 50%).  We then invest in the technology, materials, installation and ongoing maintenance – while monitoring performance to validate energy savings.

In return, SMARTech energy takes a share of verified cost savings over the length of the contract – with a 33:67 split between the client and SMARTech energy.

No Lease

EEaaS represents a shift from customer-owned equipment, towards a model where the customer shares the savings which SMARTech energy offsets against its investment – which are guaranteed at between 20% and 50%.

Guaranteed Savings

For a company with a profit margin of 15%, reducing energy costs by £15,000 per annum is the equivalent of bringing in £100,000 worth of new business.
