Sustainable energy efficient solutions

He said “This is an exciting time to be joining an energy management and reduction company and this role inspires my interest in renewable and sustainable technologies”.

“Added to this, that the UK industry is facing continuing pressures from soaring energy costs, I’m eager to be able to help identify opportunities where SMARTech energy can deliver sustainable energy efficient solutions, which not only benefit the financial aspects of a company, but the environmental Net Zero targets too”.

Guaranteed energy reduction

SMARTech energy is an award-winning energy management and reduction specialist.  The team partners with medium to large businesses and organisations to reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint through its Energy Efficiency as a Service programme.

They do this by reducing a site’s total energy consumption through bespoke energy management strategies and technologies which optimise the performance and operating conditions of a site.

This, combined with full energy consultancy, reporting and measured and guaranteed savings, is helping businesses and organisations to overcome the financial and logistical barriers of reducing energy consumption, costs and carbon.

A volatile energy market

The volatility of the energy market means organisations must be more aware of their energy usage and look for solutions which reduce their dependency on energy from external sources and ultimately, endeavour to become as self-sustainable as possible.

Jamie said “Reducing a site’s total energy consumption is what really lowers a business’s exposure to a volatile energy market and I’m passionate about helping customers to find the right solution to reduce emissions, improve efficiency and to save costs”.

Huge value to both the company and our customers

Stuart continues “We are thrilled to have Jamie join the team.  His understanding of the issues facing UK industry will enable him to drive the benefits and enormous value of the EEaaS offering”.

We are already working in the hotel and education sectors and we are looking to increase our work with large manufacturing companies across the country, where energy efficiency can directly impact their bottom line. We know we can achieve savings for them – and for the planet, within a few short months.”
