Energy Management and Reduction

Launched in 2014, SMARTech energy is an award-winning energy management and reduction specialist. The Wiltshire-based company partners with medium to large businesses and organisations across the UK to reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint through a programme called Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS).  This programme is a fully-funded, shared savings energy reduction programme which allows organisations to implement energy efficiency plans with no capital expenditure, finance leasing or risk and the client typically receives 30% of the cost of the savings. SMARTech energy recovers the costs for its services and technology by sharing these savings.

With a team of 11 staff, SMARTech energy achieves these savings for its customers by reducing an organisation’s total energy consumption through bespoke energy management strategies and more than 33 technologies which optimise the performance and operating conditions of a site.  This, combined with full energy consultancy, reporting and guaranteed savings, is helping businesses and organisations to overcome the financial and logistical barriers of reducing energy consumption, costs and carbon.

Stuart continues “We recognise that due to the specialist nature of our services, we have a duty of care not only to our workforce, but to all those who could be affected by our work activities and whether its installing LED lights, boilers or working at height, we go above and beyond to ensure health and safety remits are met and maintained”.
